Default Mini brusless help on KV rating

I have a rc18t car also can be turned into rc18b or rc18r and i was wondeing what kv rating should i go for? what is generally best. does the xcelorin 9400kv motor and esc still pack a lot of torque cause i want one for a track and a little jumping and stuff. any suggstions?

My $.02 - a 9400kv motor is a lot for an off-road car. Maybe not so much for on-road. My 18T has the 6800 mini-Mamba and it is plenty fast and drivable on a track. My 5 year old drives it with the throttle tuned all the way down via the transmitter.

Yeah thats definately a little overkill for offroad and probably even for onroad racing. 6800 is a great plenty in a car that size. Anything more than that and you'll just break lots of crap.
