Servo and lights
Ok well this doesn’t have to do with rc planes or anything but i have a question about how to Radio control servo motors. I just need a basic heavy duty servo motor that can turn a small stage spotlight, small meaning a couple of pounds. I already know how to get the servo to move it so thats easy. I really don’t know much about this so i just need help on how to control them. I don’t really care about price i know i need controller boards or something so yah if you can post i would appreciate it thanks. also if yu can post links on ware to buy the stuff thanks.
p.s. i know these forums are for rc planes and cars and stuff but i cant find any other forums for what i need.

I would go for a plane servo. They are strong and heavy duty. try this url for a futaba servo for which im thinking is your size:http://www.brentfordrc.co.uk/scripts...p?idproduct=43

Google RC Servo Driver, there is all kinds of info and products available if you don't need the radio part.
A couple of possibilities:

Also check with hobby shops. I'm almost positive I have seen these in RC stores/catalogs, but can't remember who made them. Usually intended as a tester for airplane guys I think. They don't seem to very good at " just take it for a flight and see what happens"!!!!
