Default Removing a ball cup from ball end?

Is there a trick to this?

I feel like I'm missing something because it shouldn't be this hard.

Thanks,

-tom

Just twist it and it should pop off – you can use pliers if that helps. Grab the shaft part of the cup and twist upward. Don't push a screwdriver or the like in between the cup and end – that'll probably ruin them both.

Yeah, it works better to grab the shaft and twist with needle nose pliers than to try to yank it straight up and off.

I learned that the hard way

Use a pair of needle nose pliers. It should just pop right off.
