Default First time in the Track.... HELP!!!!

well, I wanna race, ok? so now... what are the things I should know when going to practice on the track(at Revrace to be exact)? What should I bring other than my Nitro stuff and Car?

Are there alot of Noobs in the track? Coz, I dont wanna feel all stupid... while all you guys are flying around like crazy!!!! I wanna learn too!

Is there any RULE OF THUMB when driving on the track?

Any tips please?

Thanks!!!!

We are all newbs. Or at least once were. Thats some thing we should all never forget.
I would be sure to have some parts, and or a chair or fan if out side. Soldering iron all the normal stuff. And mad mans advise is the best, just take it easy
its only practice save some for the race. As far as racing on a club level don't get to overwhelmed its just practice racing to be better prepared for the big race. Its not about the win its about the race. Enjoy racing let the win come on its own. It will be hard to do that.

So as I always say,its the only advise any one ever takes seriously.

GO FAST AND TRY NOT TO CRASH.!.........

take tools fuel and tires
if you need any help the guys at you local track would glady help you make sure you tell the person running the computer that its your first race and that you may need help
go easy round the track for about 5 laps
then have a go going a bit faster
you will be nervous on your first race (i was shit scared) but after a few laps you will be more comfortable just try stay round the back of the pack and if you crash dont worry
if you hit another racer just say sorry
and gooooood luck with you first race

Nobody should give you a hard time as long as you dont walk in front of anybody on the track & try to keep moving in the right direction .
If they do ,thump em !!
We are supposed to be having fun !!!

if you still are not using the 2.4GHz spread spectrum Tx-Rx, you better clear your channels with other guys running at the track. you don't want your radio to interfere with theirs while their running and vice-versa. usually the track coordinator does the checking for you...

Ya, just don't go backwards and make sure you don't interfere with anybody elses frequency if they have the clip. Nobody can get better if you don't have fun.
So HAVE FUN
