Default New to on road 1/10 car, whats a good First car

I'm looking at getting a 1/10 on road car. We don't have any local on road racing, we do off road. so I would be a first...kinda hopping to start getting some local on road action going. I currently run off road 19t and mod with a MF2.

So I'm looking for recommendation for a new car. I like the sounds of the Xray T2 but I'm not sure how much f what I read is hype and un important.

thanks for your input

there are lots of new cars coming out this month, your timing is good. you may wish to look at the electric main discussion thread. plus, as they say, make sure your LHS has parts support for your new kit

as for me, i'm still waiting for the mi3 to hit our shores, but it is already out now.

That looks like a heck of a deal..... Like I said I'm new to the On road scene is that I good car....honestly I've never heard of it but no one around here races onroad..yet

I understand everyone one as the Ford/Chevy/Dodge thing and likes what the run but what should I be looking for? to me tunning ablitly would be key and as light and ridge would seem key.

Thanks for the suggestion and keep them coming..and why is this car the one for me. would be nice. I

If it helps I use to race full size stock cars so I know alot about tunning full size cars and I would assume most would apply to 1/10th. so adjustably won't scare me, (as long as it not to far real cars)

Thanks
