One is compatible ko ex-10 transmiter whit futaba receivers and cristals?

I don't think so. I know the plugs are different.

futaba tx with futaba rx or KO tx with KO rx etc.

Typically, Futaba and Hitec equpment can be mixed and then Airtronics, JR, and KO equipment can be mixed. Fut. and Hit. are negative shifted and Air., JR, and KO are positive shifted. There may be a few exceptions.
