golden arrow radioshack truck thing...

hey, i got a radioshack golden arrow, and i am curious about it. i got it from a neighbor. i will list some questions, and then pictures.

1 - how old is it?
2 - are these considered "vintage?"
3 - how much is it worth?

it also had really old alkaline bats that expired in 1992... i think it is older than that...
