Default Shock Oil?

I'm planning to rebuild my shocks, and I see in my manual that there are many different visocities avaliable.

Since I'm new, I'm mostly bashing on parking lots and side streets.

Any advice on what I should be getting?

I have a Kyosho FW05T+

Thanks in advance!
