Homer, he is asking not what system you have on your computer, but what e-mail provider do you use, yahoo, msn, aol, hotmail?????????????????? Windows XP does not have e-mail capabilities unless you use outlook and I doubt you use outlook.

Well you both are sorta right. So you are using outlook express to open and read the emails sent to you at [email protected]. And this is the same email that received the bylaws from fred. Right?

Forward me the bylaws if you dont mind. [email protected]

I want to see something.

What I was looking for is sometimes outlook express messes with created and modified dates. But not with pdf's

Homer - the date in the file is not today. It is the 24th in the file, today is the 29th.

Corey you are correct. For some reason I thought today was the 24th. anyways that what I get for thinking.

So you see the file was created and modified on July 24th.

Can you tell me what that means?

"Sure, if you hold the requirements to be nominated, I will do so."

Interesting quote made by dawn on RC tech.net right before the bylaws
change come to light.

Oh yeah the bylaws files was created and modified July 24th, Three
days before Dawn made that above post.

The heat is on and no one from ROAR will repsond. Typical.

I think with no minutes recorded for that excomm meeting, anything decided at that meeting should be null and void. How do we, the membership, know that the current administration isn't making things up as they go along? *Cough* brushless at the Carpet Nats *Cough*.

The system is designed with checks and balances, but they are not being used.

All it means is that a copy was made on the 24th.

I agree that bylaws change should be over turned unless they have proof it happen inthe fall like they said.

here's is a direct quote I got from Fred condernng the minutes.

"There were no minutes from that meeting. Only the March meeting is the official meeting of the corporation. We usually keep minutes of the fall meeting anyway, but I was unable to attend so did not take any."

What the hell is the secretaries job?

look at the date and time of created and modified. They are the same. Both the 24th, same time. All it means is a copy(the one you have) was made on the 24th.

Why dont you contact Randy. His signature is at the bottom.
