Deceptive. They are like little string beans, but he tosses the ball quite well.

I must concede on this Steelers stuff though... since I'm a Giants fan. Oh well. At least I don't see the in-laws till next weekend!!

GO G.B. <3 THEM!

My main team, the 49ers, are out for the season, and the next, and the next....oh well, we had a great run (20+ years in the palyoffs and 5-0 record in the super bowl!) Time to rebuild....again.....

G.B. ALL THE WAY!

I feel your pain and then some, GB

Always liked Favre - hurts to see him lose in Lambeau.

Always loved SF. . .hate to see Dennis Erickson kill them like he did my #1 team . . .

I'm from Seattle, I saw their first game, I was in the Kingdome on the day it opened (and have the pin to prove it), loved watching Zorn scramble then connect with Largent - I HATE seeing them, with so much potential, toss their season down the toilet. They have every chance to win the division, but they're going to lose in the first game of the playoffs. . ..

Maybe we won't have to hear the mouth the rest of the year.

Or he will have more time to run his trap (TO that is)

Remember when a so-so team had a so-so first half of the 2001 season then rolled through the 2nd half, playoffs, and eventually the Rams to win the greatest Superbowl game in history?

Are we witnessing that again?

My Giants are toast... Go San Diego!

I hear ya Keith

Some more:

Ravens (Maybe a fluke? Can you say Chicago Bears 1 hit wonder)
Tampa Bay (Tony Dungy should still be proud, he built the team)

NY Jets (Super Bowl III, Joe Namath's promise)

LA Raiders (1st team to win SB as wild card team)

And Finally:

Denver Broncos (Huge underdogs to the Packers in SB XXXII, But then backed it up the only way to do it by winning back to back, I knew they would win that game)

Funny, I skimmed through this thread and not one mention of my Chargers. Talk about a team everyone counted out- marked as the worst team in football, Manning wouldn't come here because of our O-line and it's now a top ranked line and he sucks ass! (gotta love it!) AFC West champs. Not too bad for the worst team in football.

That was a Horrible day for us Wisconsin people. I cried When the Packers lost, I really hated the Broncos after that. But after I heard the real story about John Elway on ESPN Classic I thought it was a really inspring story . Taught me something about not giving up and believing anything is possible no matter how many times you try.
