JUST GOT AN EMAIL BACK FROM RCMART REGARDING MY MISSING ITEM. THEY EXPECT ME TO BRING THE BOX WHICH PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED IN TO THE POST OFFICE. COME ON ITS 4 MONTHS WHO WOULD KEEP THE BOX FOR 4 MONTHS. I HAVE SENT A PIC OF THE PACKAGE WHEN IT WAS DELIVERIED TO RCMART 1 WEEK AFTER THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AND HERE I AM HAVING TO WAIT FOR 4 MONTHS ON MY $150+ ESC. AND NOW THEY TELL ME TO BRING THE PACK WITH THE CONTENTS TO THE POST OFFICE,... THIS IS NOT RIGHT... I WARN ALL BUYERS TO BEWARE OF PURCHASING ITEMS FROM RCMART.!!!! I PAID OVER $1000 ON ITEMS AND THERE ARE MISSING ITEMS THIS IS RIDICULOUS.... RCMART I DEMAND YOU SORT THIS OUT ASAP AS ITS 4 MONTHS AND THIS IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS OF THEIR MONEY

Dear RcMart aka Shopowner,

I will try to be neutral here.What's done cannot be undone.It can only be remedied.I again quote my customer ID : 88896 and my order number #324571.I was told that item number

1 xKyosho OverLand (#MVT01-40) High Grip Tire Set (40) USD 5.50

was out of stock.I have ordered 2 of these and there was an email confirming these.I have checked through my RcMart Account everyday to ensure there are no further screw ups.The very last time I logged in last night,my order for one of the above was still there.Today,surprisingly,I received an email informing me that even the other order for the same thing cannot be fulfilled.My order has been conviniently omitted for the above item.Now I'm left with 1 order for rims witout tyres.Can you please explain this?

As I am pressed for time to receive the package before Christmas and have already given up on RCMart,kindly please ensure that my package reaches me in the shortest possible time.As I have store credits which I am eventually forced to accept due to the ineffiency of you handling my order,please utilise these to expedite the shipping via EMS.

Like I have mentioned earlier,what's done cannot be undone but remedy is essential.I urge you to look into this matter personally and follow it through efficiently to make up for the delay.FYI,this order was placed on the 3rd of December.I suggest you make good this order to reinstill customer faith.Otherwise,at least for me,RCmart will forever be the screw up king for online RC store.
