Default Account problem!

Hi, I encounter problem with my account. After I login, if I click on any product link, it will bring me back to sign in page as if I already sign out. I try login several times over the pass 2 weeks and still the same. I use firefox 3 and IE7 and result are the same. Pls help me to solve this account problem. Thanks.

Ha..I thought I was the only one with that problem. I emailed rcmart but no one ever came back with any help.

Have done as you said still the same. Sometimes can log in but when click on a item, it'll prompt login again.

Have tried doing so. Disabling all the stuff. Browser used Internet Explorer & Firebox also the same.

It was ok, all the sudden this happen a month ago, I tried both pc at home with cookies enable but still unable to log in properly.

Exclamation Problem & Pending Reply for my order #287662

Dear Dinball,

Hi there, I am tom from Malaysia. I have paid the order no#287662 by TT to account details given...

I also forward a reference slip & payment details to dinball email...

But, so far I havent receive any confirmationn by email or update in the rcmart.com webpage...

I have check with my bank as the payment as charged at USD559.30...

Please advice what is going on...

I am worry here...as this is my 1st time purchase in rcmart.com

ya man, i have call them twice...
one of a customer service speak in cantonese said not yet receive yet...

normally maybank online will transferred to oversea account in 1 working day only..
call maybank also, said payment charged by their bank accout oledi...

I used to TT online by maybank to china for my business, so far their respond very good, cox they always receive notification email from maybank about the TT when successful...

but this time really weird, they said havent receive...

i dont know why...

sigh, bless me no problem....

if rcmart.com boss see this msg, kindly respond....

tmr2008: Maybe liase with the cust svc that you could fax over the Maybank receipt and ask rcmart to explain the discrepency.

sigh, didnt know their non-respond really make buyer so worry, so far, till now, not a single reply or respond from them....

i thought email is the best way to communicate, as i sent over the payment reference slip by email...if really wanna use fax, then i have to use....

dont know wat to do now....

just wait and wait....

i really hope someone from rcmart.com can look into this....

Ha. U see. Got ppl reply. Anyway, TT does take longer. We'll be sure to give rcmart more time if order falls close to the weekend.

So now can relax and wait for yr shipment. Usually takes only a few days after order is confirmed.
Too bad, no discount for ordering more stuff or self-collect.
