I would say just pick up a multiplex mini mag and thier brushless power system, 4, hi-tech 55 servos, and some 3s 2200mah zippys from hobby city.
this plane will out fly and out last the GWS E-starter I have owned and flown both planes and the mini mag is just a way better plane. better faom , consrutcion, durabilaty, handling, not to put down the E-starter but is cheap for a reason. and it flys pretty darn good just the foam sucks.

I would recommend the HobbyZone Super Cub LP BNF. It has a DSM2 receiver and will bind with your radio (DX7). The plane handles light wind well and is very durable, plus parts are available at almost every hobby store.
