Default R/C newbie needs advice and suggestions

Hi,

I new to R/c flying. I am looking for a helicopter to buy but there are different ones with different specifications so I was hoping some one to advice me what should I be looking for and which one would be the best to buy. It would be good if it and RTF.

I live in Canada so please suggest an online store which can post to Canada.

Thanks

If you are brand new to Helicopter's i recomend you get the E-Flite blade cx2 Helicopter,The helictoper is ment for begginer's.It run's around $160.00 U.S.A to $180.00 U.S.A.

It is a very good helicopter and it have spectrum dsm radio.

If you plane on geting it i recomend that you get a set of training ball's and a extra set of top and lower blade's.

Www.Amainhobbies.Com sell's theme but i am not sure if they ship to Ca so you would have to check on that.

The blade CX is not a bad starter heli but it does have some limitations. First the biggest thing it can teach you, is proper stick movements and orientations however the lack of a tail rotor means that it does'nt fly like its bigger cousin the CP or any other helli for that matter. Second its not really good for outdoor use unless there is 0 wind and I do meen 0. I would suggest that you look over the beginner corrner at runrider http://www.runryder.com/helicopter/f44p1/. Lots of good info on there to answer your questions.

I just read this.

AMain will definitely ship to Canada.

If you want to order within Canada...GreatHobbies.com may be the best for online.
