Default Vintage Dumas Scarb tuned pipe or not?

Hey everyone,

I just picked up a vintage 1987 Dumas Scarab 40 377. It came with a .40 K&B (looks like very little use) and an Enya .45 CX (looks brand new) I understand both of these engines are low RPM sport engines.

1. What engine would you put in it?

2. Would it be worth putting a tuned pipe on ether one or should I just run the mufflers on them?

I'm not looking for a race boat but something with decent power and easy to tune would be nice, Thanks

The older the stuff is the harder it will be to find parts, I would just run it as is and see how you like it.
