What size and type of engine??

Default What size and type of engine??

Gday all i was hoping to get some advice

ive scored a fiberglass hull 900mm x 300mm x 100mm(approx) and weighs bout 750g its a shallow vee as far as ive reasearched

im just wondering what engine to run in it nitro? petrol(gas)? brushless? and what size?

keeping in mind im not intending on racing it.

Personally I would put a good .21 nitro engine it. You could have that hull skipping along up around 72 kph or more prety easy with one of the Go Engine 7 port .21 engines. It should be a fairly easy boat to drive like that if you get it set up and balanced right. You could put a dynamite .32 in it but a Go .21 will be faster, and I think a .45 would put it a bit on The Wild Side and take some of the Fun out of driving it.
