Motor Speedo selection????
I have an old Miss Budweiser type boat I got in a trade. The hull is plastic. It is setup for double motors. But was thinking of just going with a single motor. Would like to use 2s lipos. What would be the best motor esc combo. Was thinking of using an airplane esc and inrunner motor. Seems like you can pick them pretty cheap. Want to get the most out of it with out tearing the thing apart.

That is a MRP Miss Budweiser hull. 2S will be a bit short for power. A better wetup will be a 4S pack or 2X2S in series( =4S) For power I suggest a large brushless motor series. A good choice will be a 9L or 10L brushless motor. As for an esc you need an esc which can use more than 6S lipo's:
