i got a new bright fountain pier 57 7.2 volts

?'s are
1.can i use 9.6 volt batteries in this i have 4 extra batteries laying around
2.how do i make it go faster

Firts get a brushless motor and esc. Get a 11.1v lipo 4000mah and a 37mm prop (Etti make some fine CNC-props, you find them on Ebay)
