Default Difrent prop

hello guys once agian i have a question for pro's
can i use a difrent prop if the make one that is rightnow it's got 2 blades on it

what whould a difrent one do for me add speed???

it's a pro boat thunder cat 31

Bradz, There is alot of science that goes into how a prop works and what to change to increase speed/acceleration (Hole Shot)/lift. There are several parameters that can be changed to affect the boat performance. Pitch, Prop diameter, cup and the number of blades can all be changed to modify the way that the motor's power is translated into the boat's propulsion. Even the material that the prop is made of can make a difference due to blade flex.

i looked in there and saw pitch tabs as well but the thundercat don't have them does any one have a thundercat if so are they useing a 2 or 3 fin prop?

Bratz, buy some carbon props by Graupner and find out what suits your boat best. If it has enough runtime and speed buy a metal prop and have it balanced.
