Default Merc # 6 drives
Does anyone know if these scale drive are still made? I remember seeing them in ads in RC Boat Modeler years ago, but couldnt remember who made them

Ah yes, the surface drives.. Probably the most ripped-off and copied design out there. Arneson would be (an even) richer man had he found some way to patent his drives the way Mercruiser did.

This is true. Had a pair on my uncles 26' Sutphen...after the chine walk was taken care of, the combination was amazing. Went from a speedmaster on is 24' P&D to the arneson's and now on to this... 28' joker, beautiful boat.

Couple of others...Rigging all done by my dad and uncle as well as the silver that was laid over the yellow gelcoat.

look up capricorn boats as they made a version of that drive as well.

Alot less than the MHZ units.
