Andre' was apologizing for the poor picture quality as he was having lens problems. I don't care as his worst shots are better than my best!

Yeah, you can run it in Miami but it's building season up here in The Great White North. Saw a video of some guys runnnig there last week on another site in a "chilly" 82 degrees.
Get that rudder parallel with the transom before you toss it in!

You need baby sized hands to work on these boats and you will be replacing the motors not long after you purchase it. Motor mounts and battery mounts break loose after the first few uses.
But excellent price to get an entry level hull and running but expect replacements and work and more $$$
