Default SMC Racing Batteries

Which if these SMC Batteries will is better suited for bashing with a 1/8 truggy.

3S - True Spec Premium 11.1V 7200mAh 131 Amps/90C
3S - True Spec Premium 11.1V 6700mAh 145 Amps/90C
3S - True Spec Premium 11.1V 5200mAh 112 Amps/90C
4S - True Spec Premium 14.8V 5200mAh 112 Amps/90C

Using a 1900kv motor and Hobbywing 150A esc.

What can I expect out of these speedwise and/or torque

thanks,
Arnold

Not much since SMC admitted to me that they blatantly make up their C rates. The SMCs I've had seriously underperformed. Never will I waste my money on SMC again and neither should anyone else.

Everybody makes up their C rates, these rates that distributors state just aren't possible. Big numbers sell though so up and up they go. I'm not saying SMC has the greatest batteries out there but they are good batteries and out of the ones I've had only one had an issue. I wish they still sold the thin shorties I could use another one.

I use two SMC 5600 mAh 3s batteries for my E-Revo and X-Maxx with no issues. If I replace them I'll certainly go back to SMC and probably just go with more mAh for the extra run time. C ratings are mostly irrelevant for bashing.

Not sure what you consider a good battery but I've run my SMC 5000 mAh 50C battery back to back with my Trinity 5000 mAh HV VTA 100C battery and seen no difference in lap times.

You going to run one or two batteries? If only one battery I'd only recommended the 4s out of options you have listed.

SMC batteries are fine in my experience, great battery for the money.
