Default Best racing quality charger and 2s Lipo for the money (1/10 offroad)

I apologize because I know this question has to have been asked before but I can't seem to yield any good search results. I've been out of RC for over 15 years and just now getting back into it. I just picked up a losi SCT 22 2.0 and now I'm trying to choose charger and packs. Lipos were confusing at first but I've researched enough to make sense of the numbers. Now I'm simply looking for suggestions on what chargers and lipo brands people are racing with and what they feel is the best for the money?

If your just getting back in and are new to lipo's I wouldn't suggest charging at more then 10 amps. Discharging and recharging at really high amps or overcharging to get every ounce of performance out of a 17.5 setup is really only necessary for the top level guys. Sportsman and novice classes it shouldnt make a difference and isn't worth lowering the life of you battery and potentially starting a fire.

That said the icharger is awesome but I would avoid the discharger for now until your confident that it's not your driving that what's holding you back.

If I was starting over and wanted the best:

But I just use a 400w Turnigy charger and SMC and Fantom Lipos.

Lipos, SMC has the best budget packs you can buy. They are great and keep up with the expensive packs. I use the Orion duo touch. But at $250ish that may be a bit steep for just getting back into the hobby.

Plus one on Junsi chargers. You really don't need a powerful charger for 2S batteries. Get a decent power supply, I use a modified(did it myself) computer power supply HP 750, and a Junsi 206B charger that is awesome. It is light, very small, and powerful. I charge 2S at 9 amps and am done very quickly. The best part about the 206B is it can easily charge 4S batteries fast.
