Default FlySky FS-iT4 steering wheel issue on controller

Just got the FlySky remote but seems to have a issue. The steering wheel on controller does not bounce back to center when you let it go after turning but instead slowly returns to middle position. If I pull the wheel out like I am trying to remove it, then it will work like a normal rc remote and spring back to the middle position. If i push on it with little force or normal driving it will go back to a being slow and causing issue while driving.

Is this a feature or a flaw?

There's a thread for that radio here: http://www.rctech.net/forum/radio-el...thread-43.html
If you can't find your answer in searching that thread; those are the Flysky fanboys to ask.
