Questions?? Which to keep, which to sell? Futaba 4PL or Airtronics MX-V?

Looking for some experienced folks' opinions here: I have a MX-V that is working just fine in my 22SCT 2.0, but I just acquired a 4PL in a deal and I only need one radio.

I am trying to decide which one to keep. Is the 4PL a better radio? Which would you keep?

Thanks in advance!

Ask yourself these Simple questions then answer the question yourself!. Which feels better in your hand? Is more comfortable for you? On paper both radios are excellent.

IF BOTH WERE BROKEN TOMORROW WHICH ONE WOULD YOU BUYU AS A REPLACEMENT.
IF THE ANSWER IS NEITHER ONE THAN SELL BOTH AND BUY THE RADIO YOU WOULD BUY.

This is correct. Both Tx are good mid-range models. Sell both and buy a 4PX or M12 and don't look back.

the receivers are both very expensive so just keep one for the next car you buy...otherwise youll be up for $$$$ for another receiver anyway

I'd keep the Futaba and sell the Airtronics. I recently went through the same process with my MX-Sport (my first radio). The Airtronics receivers were too expensive for my casual use. I had switched to a Flysky for some vehicles because the receivers were dirt cheap. But having 2 radios was a bother and the Flysky was unreliable.

I moved everything to a 4PL. My favorite receiver is the R204GF-E, which has no antenna (can drive it at least 600ft away) and costs less than $40.

The only beef I have with the Futaba, and it might be a standard Futaba feature, is the 2 buttons press required to select a new model. I find it awkward.
