Cheap BEC, worth trying?

for a single high torque servo and some LEDs like many of us run, do you think this would help with the typical glitch factor?
My scenario; 3s lipo, sidewinder v3, Tacon 3650 1370kv 2p, Savox SW0251MG, spektrum sr301, spektrum dx2e, Novak glitch buster, axial ax10
Car randomly stops when running, or so it seems. The drag brake is at 80% and it keeps kicking in. The reason I'm so confused is the steering seems like its fine, it's when the car is running straight line it jumps and pulses really badly at full throttle which is a whopping 5mph
Thanks!

Couple of questions - Why is your drag brake set so high? A castle switching BEC can be found for around 20 bucks. It looks like you've got quality parts for the rest of the stuff, why cheap out on the BEC? Do you have another motor or esc to make sure it isn't one of those components that isn't working properly?
