Default lipo inboard vs. hard-wire

In terms of power output, which lipo is better inboard aka bullet or hard-wire?

neither, both are going to have their limitations, i doubt anyone here is pulling enough current to melt either (if you are its a connection issue). bullets make for cleaner wiring, but they come with their issues (loose connection=melted pack around the terminal) longevity is likely better in a wired pack with a quality connector.

OK thanks, some guys say hard-wire is best. My personal experience with one lipo which was hard-wire broke on the inside after about a year and the lipo was useless hence I switched to inboard.

I've had probably 5 packs fail over time a few of each. I open them up and resolder them when it happens.

I prefer the hardwired Lipo's just for the convenience. I honestly can't tell the difference in output vs the bullet connector Lipo in the similar C range in my light application (I run mostly m-chassis and some comical Tamiya trucks).
