Default Hitec x4 fan question

I just picked up a new x4 ac/dc I was charging a 2s and the fan never turned on. So my question is when does it or is it expo to be on when it's plug in?

If you are charging just one battery the fan may not come on.If you plug in more than one it will definitely come on.

Most of the quality chargers will use fans controls that turn on and adjust fan speed based on cooling needs. It should kick on after you get more than one battery charging at a time.
