I balance my 3.7v packs by first placing the battery on the ground then hammering a 2 inch nail
in the end of a broom stick and with an over arm action i swing it at the lipo ,when i finally end up nailing it the pack
balances itself everytime! [caution only try it if your over 8 years old]

Good question, but I am afraid there are too many ways of balancing it.

Drive the axle of your wheel balancer right through the exact center of it. Then place it on the balancer and give it a spin. Add weight to the light side until balanced or the house burns down, whichever comes first.

I've got a revolectrix cellpro 10S and it won't charge a 1S unless it has a special balance lead connected up!
