Manual LiPo cutoff alarm
What is a recommended lipo cutoff that isn't intrusively large? I have a MMM esc that doesn't seem to have a properly working lipo cutoff alarm. I destroyed about $100 worth of batteries so I'm a little upset about that. I'd also like to have an extra alarm just in case so I don't ruin my newer SMC lipos.

So what did the batteries read when you threw them back on the charger? You check in Castlelink to make sure you set the LVC correctly?
Never heard of the LVC setting not working on a Castle ESC, you should phone/email Castle to see whats up with that.

The batteries were discharge below 3v per cell before the LVC went off. Yes I did set it correctly because I keep the LVC on all my esc's at 3.4v per cell. The batteries were too damaged to be recharged as they would not charge to max and keep it.
