Default Savox SC-1268SG Servo question....

I run Nitro buggy and I have 2x Savox SC-1268SG, throttle and steering..The servo is rated for 7.4 . 347 oz torque at .11 speed........ I feel its overkill for this application , but I own them and they work great so just use them....

My question is, I run 1600mah 2s lipo for receiver battery, would it be safe for the longevity of the servos to run a BEC 10 AMP or not, I have asked quite a few people and I'm getting about 50/50 of racers that say .. do / dont....

My objective here is for them, of course to run great , but to also last.. Im not an electrical wizz , so what would be the smart way to go ? use it or lose it?

Thanks for your help..

Completely useless
All HV rated servos (in case of no design/production failures) works fine directly from 2S
