Default Hitec x2 400 balance issues

Hi I got his hitec x2 and it balances lipos better on the #2 side better than #1 I thought it was my batteries at first but it's def the port. Is there anyways to fix this? It gets them close but never as good as the other side

If you have proven out the balance boards and it is an internal issue on the charger your only solution will be with their support.

IBenton is correct. If you are certain that it is not the boards or the batteries, then the unit will need to be sent in for calibration. You have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on that unit. You can use this service request form to send in the unit to us. http://hitecrcd.com/files/serviceform-Apr2014.pdf
