Help needed.
Just got this charger in the mail and after setting it up and testing it I found out that the balancer in channel 1 does not work. I tried different batteries and connectors but with no succes.
Did anyone who also owns this fairly new on the market charger had a faulty balancer port?
How did you manage to fix it?

Please any help, thanks!

If you are certain there is no issue with your wiring, a faulty balance port is almost certainly going to be something you're going to have to send in the charger to have fixed.

In this case I would try contacting Muchmore direct before you attempt to send it back via RC Market. I had issues with their customer support in the past. Same with RC Mushroom as well. I had an issue with dead on arrival Fleta Pro ESC which I purchased from RC Market which I struggled to get them engaged in warranty discussion. So I contacted Muchmore direct and they were brilliant.
