Well, I have always loved Reedy, but.... Releasing the ESC without even having the Program boxes available is fail. Also, they should have included a cheapo USB interface for computer programing and firmware upgrades. The box is actually pretty cheap when bought with the ESC, but the boxes dont exist, lol. I am sure Spencer Rivkin has one locally and I could get my esc tweaked. Lastly, why is there no computer interface? The box is cool, but what about firmware upgrades? Plus, I like to do most of my configurations on the PC and adjust minor stuff like drag brake at the track.

Anyone have experience with this yet? Just purchased one to run in my 2wd SC with a 9.5t Trintiy D4 motor.

I've run the black box the last two weeks in 12th stock and in my B5M. Very impressed so far. The fit and finish is good, the control box is really easy to pick. I can compare it to the castle, Tekin, and HW.

Got to use my blackbox this past weekend in my 2wd SC w 9.5t D4 and it felt great very smooth but need to figure out how to get more power delivery out of it if i want to keep it in my SC, the programming card is very helpful but still need to figure out some of the settings, its almost identical user interface to the viper stuff (obviously). I think ill put the blackbox in my 4wd buggy with a 6.5t, prefer the buggy to be smooth and put my tekin rsx in the short course. overall very happy the blackbox so far

anyone know if there is a after market fan guard that would fit the reedy fan? The fan is strong as hell but its completely open to the elements and could easily be broken. My b44.3 body is pretty tight but would like some added insurance

well LRP are crap, so that one is easy... The guys I have talked to prefer the orions. But the Reedy does have more features and adjustments. Might take some time to get all the setting worked out

I liked the LRPs just needed an easier way then counting lights and updating software. Glad I went to orion so far then.

LRP crap?!. Smooth and Best brakes on the market. No programmer needed.

Too many reverse polarity incidents I guess
