It looks like a boat haha. Seems pretty nice thought with the screen and all. A color screen (seems this is only black and white) would have really made this stick out though. Especially with futaba and the 4px coming out.

This is awesome I just found out it will have an ear phone jack for listening to music on the remote. I guess I won't need an iPod anymore. Can just be roaming with my remote and be listening to music.

We are looking to release the radio in October 2014. There will be 2 different receivers available for the radio at release. One will be a 4 channel Telemetry based receiver(Proton 4) that has a built in GPS for real time speed, and has the option to run sensors for temperature and RPM's. The second receiver is our High Speed 2 channel receiver(Axion 2) that is capable of 4mS transit time.

We are shooting for right around the $299 mark, with one Rx.

So our options are a 4 channel telemetry (would not use in racing) or a 2 channel with no way to connect a transponder... forcing us to buy a 4 channel with features we would never use?

Guess we could use a Y harness, but seems like this wasn't well thought.

Nvm... too early... yeah, you would need a y on a nitro car to plug t-ponder in...

Our 2 channel receiver has 4 ports on it. It is called a 2 channel due to the fact that there is only 2 proportional channels available on the Rx. There is a slot for your AMB and your battery as well.

Is there a preorder somewhere for this radio? Or when will we be able to preorder it?

Generally, you will be able to pre-order the radio at about 60 days prior to the release of the radio. We are looking for an October release. We are currently still in the Pre-Production phases.

Why does the tlemetry receiver come without voltage sensors?
