Default Skyrc RS 16 vs Elan-R

Hello,

I have see this two charger but for me are the same charger. Only the color, brand and Price is the difference.
Are someone here there use the Skyrc RS16 ?? This Charger are very intresting. But im not sure are this a good charger.
What is the difference From the Elan-R ? The Elan-R is very expensive. For this price im buy two RS16.

Thanks !! Greets Patrick

I bought the Charger and matching Power supply. I mainly bought it for its compact size to minimize weight in my hauler bag. I used it during the Reedy Race of Champions @ the Tamiya Track in California. It Chargers 16amps max, discharges 8amps max and Cycles. Quality is top notch and the user interface is easy to use. It uses a joystick like navi to go thru the menus. I think its the same thing as the Elan R without the Elan R price. I am happy with the charger and would recommend it to fellow rc racers.

Here is a youtube link review. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tt6vRvPsxIg

IMHO just as good as an Elan, but does not display internal resistance of the cells. I use it as a backup charger and does a very good job at it. Can control end voltage too, useful for the big races that tech before your run.
