Where can I purchase a Brushless rotor tester?

I know Fantom sells a unit but is there a cheaper unit to test rotors?

Trinity makes the "I Gauss" and MMS makes the RMS. Once in a while a good used one pops up on the forum. The Trinity one would probably be the cheaper one.
