Team Orion Advantage Race spec Charger

Hi I have bought this charger second hand. When I balance charge my 2s lipo it charges to 4.22 per cell. Is that overcharging? Is there a way to make it shut off at 4.20?

It is a little high. You might be able to change the charge in settings or some menu.
