Has anyone seen the official latency spec for the MT-4S? I've been looking around for an actual number but have not been successful

Have not seen anything official, but based on what I have read I would expect it to be 1-2ms.

Oh wow, if that's the case I'll be going with this controller hands down!

Now I just need to hurry up and wait for it to be available at Tower (everything I buy seems to break as I'm the poster child for Murphy's Law..... so need to be dealing with USA for warranty stuff)

The current MT-4 is 4.3ms latency on average (per LRP's website). The MT-4S is said to be twice as fast and close to the M12, which is less than 1ms. That is how I am figuring it to be somewhere around 1-2ms latency. That will be plenty fast for me!

Indeed, that seems like a good deduction. 2ms is pretty fast, I'd bet even the superstars of rc would be hard pressed to tell the difference between 2 and 1 ms. Even if they could.... I'm definitely not even in the same ballpark as those guys so 2 should be enough

Got my MT-4s in today, havent done much playing with it yet but so far I am really liking the feel. The extra grip fits my hand awesomely and everything seems to be placed perfectly. More to come I still haven't fired it up yet.

I plan on messing with it a bit during lunch today as I am at work but tomorrow I will have it in a car and out testing for sure.

I'll look in the manual and see if there are specs for the speed also. Hope its in English!

Backlight looks great! I will take a picture comparing it next to my M11X once I get home. Any other pics people want to see?

Are the grips the same shape as the old mt4? Only different material, looks like more "gummy"? (Light grey)
Is the throttle trigger the same as mt4? Position and adjustability? Still no 3d finger adjustment like Ko radios?
The menu has now the response feel? (Like M12 from 5S to 5F)?

Thanks

Just ordered the Sanwa Super Vortex Zero to go with the MT-4S. RCMart just got them back in stock.

Default ETA for USA

I received an email response from Airtronics -- they are expecting them to arrive in 2-3 weeks.
