Mrt transponder

I have a mrt transponder with 3 ears. Can anybody tell me how to change the user name on it. I bought it used,so everytime I make a lap,it has somebody else's name. How do I make it have my name?

There is no name stored in the transponder, just a number. The name is stored in the scoring software on the lap counting computer. Ask one of the people working at the track to change the name to yours.
