Are corally brushless motors noisy?
I bought a second hand 9.5 corally motor but, just at the start, it is noisy, and the magnet is strong like brushed motors when I turn that shaft by hand.
I have owned LRP, Viper and Novak brushless motor and they all are easy to turn by hand, but this one is like old brushed motors,a bit hard to turn by hand. Is this normal?
The noise may come from the transmission but..since is a second hand one, I was wondering if I have been screwed up..

Can you describe this noise? The only noises that I know a motor can make is a beeping or slight whirring at slow speed or start-up. These are normal and can be louder when there is more resistance to the rotor turning i.e. a stronger magnetic field. As long as the motor isn't getting overly hot, I'd say its a good one, although I haven't owned a Corally brand myself.
