Default M11X receivers problem

I have a problem with two of my four receivers.
I can't bind both with my M11X, the leds blinks weird.
The receivers were used in my Mugen MBX offroad.
I have another two that work fine, so I think the TX is ok
You can see how it goes here:

ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

Try to hold bind button, then apply power to RX, wait 3 seconds with button depressed, then release and hit enter on your radio. The manual states to do it this way.

Yes, I've made this like manual says, no sucess.

i think its time to replace it man. its failure systems. and im sure its not easy to bring it back to life, have u contact the customer support airtronics? many says theyve a good service

Do you have the proper type of receiver selected on the TX?? With my MT4 I have to select for fhss2 fhss3 ect.......

Pop it open and have a look inside, see if anything looks suspicious on the board...
