Default Best savox for 1/8th

Hey guys im getting things together for my new 1/8th buggy. Im trying to use all savox servos.(bad luck with specktrum, airtronics, and futuba)
What is everyone specs for your setup?
Im looking at the 2273 and 2274. Which would be best for steering and would the 2274 have enough torque for long life?

If you have experienced problems with all the other brands you will probably have issues with Savox too. Just saying it might not be a servo issue.

I would get the 2274 for both, good speed and power. I have been running Savox in everything I own for the last 2.5 yrs. I have had great experiences with them. I have had 2 go bad but warranty was quick and no questions asked. The one was more than likely my fault too.

Futaba and airtronics issues were years ago, and i just wasnt too happy with there service. What is a good amount of torque to have for steering?

In the standard range id go for the sc-1258
although if your using hv id use the sc-1267/68 mg servos, both fantastic for either throttle or steering.

If you're running a buggy with a standard-size servo, check out the 1257 and 1258. Both have more then enough torque to turn buggy wheels, and the 1257 is lightning fast.

Whats the ideal torque and speed to use as a throttle/brake servo? I'll be using it on my Savage.
