I figured I’d post this question in this thread since it’s somewhat relevant. Does anyone have any experience with the BLS175HV servo? It has identical specs to the BLS156HV mentioned in this thread earlier with one exception, the BLS175HV has the S-Bus feature. I understand the S-Bus feature is really intended for Air applications. The reason I’m asking is that Amain has a special right now for the BLS175HV servo @ $119.99 (reduced from $159.99).

After a little searching, it looks like the BLS175HV has been discontinued which could be the reason for the reduced price. Regardless, $119 for a Futaba brushless HV servo with some solid specs seems to be a pretty good deal. I’d just like to hear if anyone has firsthand feedback on this specific servo in a 1/8 off road steering or throttle/brake application.
