Default length of battery wire

just curious, wondering if a longer battery wire compaired to a short one results in slower response & control of your car. my guess, it might by a tiny bit that isn't noticable. is this true?

thanks,

Quite literally around .0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 0001 sec slower. Slightly more heat buildup. Longer is better because a short length might be perfect in one vehicle, but be too short in another.
