I drive a VX on my x6 cubed. I like it more then my Orion R10 Pro or Viper VTX10.
The VX (Software 4.1) is very smooth, but have the power when you need.
Next week come my new Serpent SXR-2 MM with a VX3 :-)

Throwing a Tx9.5 in the TC with VX. Would I use Mod or Stock profile in ESC Ver 4.1?

Hey guys,
Ive stepped into mod now and did my first runs today.
ambient temp was 40degrees C. and i had a couple little issues.
im running a orca vxx comp and thunder power 4.5T motor and it began to cut out at 105 degree C setting into the esc and again at 120. I turned the off the heat protection and did some runs checking temps every 2 mins and it was all sweet. did 2 5 min sessions and at the end of that my motor is at 55 degrees and esc was at 70 at the heatsink.
can anyone see this being an issue for the esc, is 70 too hot? i remember reading that some esc's dont like sensing the temp for other brand motors.
still need to play around with turbo etc when i get more used to the speed
thanks for anyones help appreciate it

Motor Temps is cool just the esc I'm worried about

Just had a look at the data reading, was at 110 for the internal temp.
quickly spoke to Hagberg and he suggested running a 30mm fan with one scew.

No. The program card has nothing to do with updating a speedo. The USB link must be used to update the software on the Speedo and Program card (when something above 4.2 is available).
One feature with the new 4.2 software on the program card is that it will work with all previous versions of the ORCA software for all the orca VX, VXX, VX1 and VX3 series of speedo's. So you can still use your card to make adjustments with your current speedo but to update software you'll need the USB link.
