3PKS "ADJST" fuction

Can anyone that has done this please explain a little more clearly than the manual does?

I'm 99.99% sure I get it, just want to be 100% sure.

When the Throttle/steering pots start to wander, You can use the Adjust feature to "Electronically" bring them back to center.
