Packs that have puffed; smc 4000(red case), smc 5200sattle pack,turnagy 4.0(3)/5.0(2), thunderpower 5000 40c /5600 25c(2 of them),promatch 6200 60c(2of them), fantom 6500 65c
Will say tho i had the most use from the thunderpower packs probably 200 cycles each or more. Most other packs started to swell within 20 cycles.
Packs that didnt swell ; thunderpower 3700 ( i think)25c (2 of these) , thunderpower 5600 25c, promatch 5000 35c (3 of these didnt swell)
These r all the batterys i have owned in past 5yrs.
I charged paxks with comp gfx35 and a charge thru ballancer/ turnigy 4channel 6 amp balance charger / orion carbon charger/pulsar 3
Batterys over 5200mah were ALL ran in a 17.5 spec tc for no longer than 6min per charge .
Packs under 5000 were in a 21.5 /25.5 vta car and was run from 5-8min max except the thunderpower 3700s they were used in a vta 21.5 1000 lap indurance race and was ran up to 23min per charge! Lol.
Those charges were pumping 3200-3500mah @12a into pack unbalanced all day . When was bran new but never created a issue with those packs .
Short of video i cant give u much more detail

It seems you have followed the proper lipo charging, I dont see any problem with how your treating the packs. The ownly thing I ? is, pumping @12a into pack unbalanced all day im not sure about this. Some packs cant handle this.
