I am sorry that you never received notification that we even received that system.. we did received it on 5/7/12 and it was put in the system but the Representative did not send you notification.. And for that I am sorry.. the reason why this took so long to get in front of us is we were behind in processing due to a system transition which shut us down for 2 weeks strait, we couldn’t even process mail. But right now you are in line for a new Sidewinder sv2 when we get more of those in stock right now wait time is at least 2-3 weeks as we have received a lot of items back over this busy season.* Your motor passed all tests so that will be coming back to you with the new sidewinder just as fast as we can get those back in stock.

..if the esc's were reliable, we wouldn't need warranty and their mail loads would be significantly reduced.

I have an original Sidewinder system with the 5700 kv motor . This combo has been through 3 FOFF Rigs, a VXL rustler, and a wraith. I have run it on 3s lipo from the beginning. The esc has been way to hot to touch many times, and the motor has been hot enough that it quit running. After it cooled down, it STILL RUNS . (quite well actually). I know that everyone has different experiences . But in my honest opinion , Castle makes a great product.. I have absolutely no complaints. ( Just my 2 cents....)
