Which is better Hitec or Futaba Servo

Hi Teufel,
Sorry for my ignorant, I'm new to RC. How do you connect them with a Lipo battery?
My soon to arrive buggy is a Nitro buggy and its using this kind of battery...

I'm leaning more to the KO Propo servo and might be getting that.

Dr,
If you are planning on running the 7955 LiPo direct. No regulator. I wouldn't worry too much about the speed. At .15 on 7.4v it's plenty fast when you consider the torque it's putting out at that speed. I have a 7950 that I use for Steering duties in my Truggy and to be honest, it's overkill on the torque. Short of locking out the servo saver, it's got the torque to push through the servo saver when set to a more normal setting. I was/am looking at the 7955 for that reason, thinking it may be easier to keep the steering I like with out having to almost or fully lock down the servo saver. Can't go wrong in my opinion with Hitec.
Though if money isn't an issue, I agree with Frank and a few others. The KO RSX servos are butter smooth and well worth the cost to get. Even for the heavier full alum. cased ones. You find a way to snap a servo ear off of one of those and I assure you that will be the least of your issues.
The Savox servos seem to be pretty good, though a little loud. Yet for the price, not too bad.

I used to be a fanboy of Hitec until recently. I too have some problematic servos as listed in this thread below.
Hitec has great customer service?...yeah right, thats a joke.
Please take the time to read the thread linked below, watch the videos, and pay particular attention to the lack of Hitec support.
You can spend upwards of $100 for defective servos, but I wont.

Integra, read the thread I posted. Hitec's great CS or lack there of is evident in the emails posted from the customers.
They are blatantly ignoring the problems with their servos. A total recall of certain ones was/is necessary and hasnt been done.
Read the thread before you make fanboy remarks to the contrary.

Fast, Good, Cheap - Pick Two
Or, expanded to match servos specifically:
Fast, Strong, Reliable, Cheap - Pick Three
That said, the answer to your original question is: You're probably better off with the ones you bought if you value reliability, speed, and torque. Chances are that you'll never really think about them again...
